British heritage brand Aquascutum returned to London Collections: Men under the creative direction of Nick Ashley, and as expected the clothes were smart and gorgeous. The youthful jackets and coats were the standout pieces with their refined tailoring in casual styles that covered just about every occasion a guy would need one (especially for British weather). But let's talk about the hair. The Toni & Guy session team created the look to complement the 50s and 60s inspired collection with a theme of exploration, and it was just that, the models looked as if the elements had undone their groomed, precisely styled 'do.
Daniel de Angelis, International Artistic Director for Toni & Guy, takes Poppy D through the techniques the team used to create the great 'explorer' hair:

And here are the steps to get the 'wild, lived in and deconstructed' hair at home:
- Apply label.m Volume Mousse and build up some texture in the hair
- Blow-dry the hair with a label.m Turbo Dryer 3200. Once dried comb through the hair and smooth it out with a label.m Cushion Brush
- Depending on the density of hair, either use the NEW label.men Deconstructor which has a dry finish or the NEW label.men Sculpting Pomade which delivers a shiny finish. (Both products are part of the new label.men's range and available mid-March.)
- Work fingers through the hair to create the desired shape. Spritz with label.m Hairspray to set the hair.
