Luella's Psychedelic Tweeds and Frills are Here

The spring collection I was most excited to see in the flesh for possible acquisition was Luella's with all of its tweed, ruffles, lace, and mixed patterns in vibrant colours that should hurt the eyes, yet somehow made for a truly stunning offering of mix and match pieces.

My fave online shop, NET-A-PORTER just received their stock for their international site (UK, Europe and Asia), including what you see above. There are already sell outs, but more sizes are on the way for some items. Not surprising that I'm not alone in my lust for this stuff. (And why is NET my go-to place online? For the selection, the service, and their website which in my opinion beats the skirts off its competitors. Who else actually measures each individual piece and lists the specs so you order the right size?)

Hopefully we'll see even more Luella in the coming weeks, I'm insane for this floral top and skirt (though I can't quite see myself in the skirt, as in being out in public wearing it - it's more of a daydream piece unless I'm going for a modern Little Bo Peep look):
