LFW's Best Prints, Pt. 2 - Eley Kishimoto

The Swelle Life  

I love what Mark Eley and Wakako Kishimoto do, their clothes are both chic and fun (and I think the models look far too solemn to be wearing such uplifting clothes, I'd be skipping down that catwalk with a silly grin on my face). I'm so happy to see their fall collection, Jet Set Masata, hasn't ventured away from what they did for spring. Their colourful, printed tights (sometimes) clash in all the right ways with their dresses, tops, cardies and skirts that are always feminine but never girly, with a hint of 1940s sophistication (the clincher). I could dress like this every day.

FYI - They sell their fantastic tights and socks in their online shop, along with everything else.

Even their runway gets the EK treatment, done up in their bold graphic prints:

I know, I know!!!! Scoop up what you can, they're on sale! I love the baby blue horsies. I can't wait to see what's coming in...their spring floral tights were love at first sight!
