This giveaway is for Celeste Stein printed tights in Heaven Flowers. Above are looks from Anna Sui's Fall 08 RTW show to demonstrate that you don't have to tone down the rest of your outfit, you can go full on with the prints and embellishments. No rules, do what you want!
This is the print of the tights you can win. They are wicked, and they are nuts. They're busy with all kinds of flowers, cherubs, angels and daintily detailed designs all over. You will walk down the street with these on full display, people will look down at them and their eyeballs will explode.
You have to be seriously brave to wear these, they are not for the timid. There will be no fading into the background while they occupy the surface of your legs. So, if you want to win them, you must swear to wear them proudly, hold your head up high to anyone who makes a face at you like they're dealing with a massive bowel obstruction, and above all else - LOVE how you look in them! And you have to promise to send in a photo. Are you this girl?

Am I brave? not always. Am I timid? sometimes. But I would be willing to break the mold with these tights. They're so amazing. My husband might have a bit of a seizure if he sees me in these....but I'd take that chance!

I think my husband would say something along the lines of "you're going to go out in those?" - but yes, I think I would :)
